I also believe a job can be well outside of one's vocation (but not always). Service, or rather servant leadership, is what I believe Jesus asks of me. Each person has a unique balance of work and play. Juggling one's own balancing scale can vary widely, and is often tricky especially for those committed to servant leadership and justice of the oppressed. My favorite word in this (excellent) blog: "bastardized." Good blogging, Ohana! I too believe there is more to work than a job.
